Selanne Steak Tavern recently unveiled its fall cocktails with six new quaffs featuring seasonal ingredients such as cranberry, apple, cinnamon and spice.

“The changing of the season calls for fall flavors like apple cider, pumpkin spice and cranberries matched with warming alcoholic spirts such as Fireball Whiskey, Woodford Reserve Bourbon and tequila,” said General Manager Chad Sisco. These aptly and whimsically named cocktails are ideal to combat chilly autumn nights along Southern California’s coast.

Selanne Steak Tavern’s six new autumn cocktails:

  • The Orchard created by Sisco to whimsically showcase Fireball Whiskey with the addition of lemon, apple cider and Fever-Tree Ginger Beer.
  • Composed of Tito’s Vodka, Kahlua, espresso and pumpkin spice, Pick of the Patch is highlighted by a stenciled number 8 (Teemu Selanne’s hockey player number) on the top of the pumpkin spice crème froth.
  • Autumn Leaves is a beautiful drink made with Don Julio Reposado Tequila, lime, agave, Pama Liqueur, cranberry, Fresno chile. It’s rimmed with Tajín for its nutty and earthy flavor. Sisco admits it is his personal fave.
  • Nolet’s Gin, Lillet Blanc, lemon, cinnamon simple and cranberry make Fall Breeze a special sipping delight.
  • Pecan Delight is made with Bulleit Bourbon, cinnamon simple and pecan bitters and is a playful riff off an Old Fashioned.
  • A new modern take on a whiskey sour, Harvest Moon, is an artful mix of Woodford Reserve Bourbon, lemon, Fee Brothers Old Fashion Bitters and egg white.

Oldies but goodies on Selanne’s Specialty Cocktails & Martinis List include Teemu’s Moscow MulePlatinum 7X Vodka, Fever-Tree Ginger Beer, agave, lime; The Hat TrickPAU Maui Vodka, grapefruit, agave, St. Germaine; Spicy PearGrey Goose La Poire Vodka, agave, Fresno chile and lime; and Smoke ’n’ FashionBuffalo Trace Bourbon, cane sugar, Fee Brothers Old Fashion Bitters & Smoke.

Selanne Steak Tavern is also well-known for its batched cocktails featuring special reserve liquors — 100% Kentucky oak barrel-aged for three months, on-tap artisan beers and Wine Spectator award-winning wine list.
