At casual, relaxed Hemispheres restaurant, just off the main lobby of Camelback Lodge, families and friends will be thankful for the special, classic Holiday Buffet with choices to please everyone. The inviting bountiful offerings include Fall Spiced Pumpkin Soup, Kennett Square Mushroom Bisque and assorted greens with dressings and accompaniments. Main Course selections are Roasted Turkey, Hand-carved Prime Rib, Faroe Island Salmon and Maple Cured Fresh Ham. Also at the Buffet will be homemade gravy, whipped potatoes, traditional stuffing, sweet potato casserole with marshmallows, buttered peas, roasted pearl onions, green bean casserole and cranberry sauce. Berrelli’s Italian Chophouse Serves Special Dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Friday, December 24, and Saturday, December 25, from 5 to 10 p.m.
Much loved Berrelli’s, the gracious A-frame Italian chophouse just a short walk, right on the Camelback property will please guests with a hearty, festive three-course special dinner. To begin, there is a choice of Tortellini Soup, Caesar Salad or Berrelli’s House Salad. Main Course selections are Baccala Arracanato: Breaded Cod with Parmesan Prosciutto Brodo; Abbacchio al Forno: Roasted Lamb with fingerlings and baby squash; Involtini di Pollo: Sundried Tomato Pesto and Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken Breast accompanied by radiatore; or Trofie Al Bolognese. Yummy Dessert options are tiramisu, fall spiced panna cotta, gelato or affogato.

Toasting to 2022 at Hemispheres on New Year’s Eve

The decadent ring-in-the-New-Year buffet at Camelback Resort’s main restaurant, Hemispheres, is a wonderful way to kick off 2022. There will be Lobster Bisque, Kennett Square Mushroom Soup, and assorted greens with dressings and accompaniments. Then guests will enjoy hearty Prime Rib Au Jus accompanied by horseradish sour cream and jus, Roasted Lamb, Citrus Roasted Salmon or Sausage & Apple Stuffed Porcelet. Savory sides include roasted garlic potato mousseline, maple glazed root vegetables, grilled asparagus, braised escarole with lemon and winter vegetable ratatouille. For a lovely dessert: selection of decadent chocolates and patisseries.
