Gut health bar bursting with flavor and nutrients

Still packed with gut healing probiotics and prebiotics, Truth Bar has reinvented its popular product in a plant-based, 100 percent vegan version — introducing two mouthwatering new flavors: Dark Chocolate Brownie Crunch and Dark Chocolate Vanilla Cake Batter. In addition to being chock full of nutrients, the all-new bars fill a growing niche for vegan products — and as always boast one billion CFUs of probiotics.

Gluten free and high in fiber, Truth Bar was created by Diana Stobo, a detox, weight loss and gut health coach and the founder of The Retreat Costa Rica, a wellness resort and spa. After undergoing a personal health crisis, she committed herself to healthy eating and nutrition, formulating Truth Bar, a bar that’s bursting with flavor and nutrients.

According to Stobo, this is a newer, better Truth Bar. “In launching this new bar, we wanted to bring it back to its plant-based origins as well as surprise the market with fresh new flavors that satisfy all taste buds,” she says. “The key to good health is a flourishing microbiome, so getting top quality probiotics, prebiotic fiber and Omega 3’s into our customers daily– while satisfying their sweet cravings in a healthy way — is always our top priority.”

Truth Bar focuses on functional flavor by creating ultra-healthy food bars made with the highest-quality natural ingredients including antioxidants, fiber, prebiotics, probiotics and a full day’s supply of omega-3s from chia. Each non-dairy bar is made of decadent sugar-free dark chocolate filled with varying quality ingredients depending on the flavor — including coconut macaroon, real cocoa, real peanut butter, vanilla bean, fresh raspberry puree, lemon zest, pea and rice proteins coconut oil, monk fruit, inulin and tapioca prebiotic fiber.

A former chef, professional baker and chocolatier, Stobo has put her culinary skills to good use in the development of the Truth Bar line-up. The new Truth Bar comes in six varieties: Dark Chocolate Brownie Crunch; Dark Chocolate Vanilla Cake Batter; Dark Chocolate Coconut; Dark Chocolate Coconut Lemon; Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch; and Dark Chocolate Raspberry Coconut.

All bars are vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, kosher and made with no artificial ingredients or fillers. On average, each bar is under 180 calories, has up to eight grams of protein and nine grams of fiber.
