Also included is a $100 daily resort credit to be used at any of the resort’s dining venues or Spa Esmeralda. During the December holiday season, guests visiting serene Spa Esmeralda are offered two special treatments. The Arctic Berry Illuminating Facial is a 50-minute beauty treatment that utilizes a blend of four antioxidant-rich plants and botanical peptides. It is an advanced resurfacing treatment that includes deep exfoliation to target blemishes, uneven skin tone and fine lines to reveal luminous, firm, plumped skin ($175). Wrapped in Gratitude Body Experience encourages resting in the energy of gratitude with a meditative body wrap that invites guests to appreciate their lives as they are wrapped in a full-body application of soothing serum while enjoying a Knesko green jade collagen face mask and therapeutic scalp treatment lasting 80 minutes ($225).

They may start by enjoying cheeses from the International & Domestic Cheese Display along with dried fruits, compotes, local honey and baked goods from the Bread Horn of Plenty. An array of seafood From Under the Deep Blue Sea includes poached shrimp, oysters, crab legs and claws, clams, mussels and garnishes. There will be Roasted Parsnip Soup, Cranberry & Walnut Salad and Gorgonzola & Pear Salad. At the Pasta Station: Wild Mushroom Ravioli with arugula, asparagus tips, shaved asiago cheese, madeira cream sauce; Sweet Potato Gnocchi with blistered tomatoes, pine nuts, sage, kale, brown butter sauce; and a Grana Padano Cheese Wheel with arborio rice, leeks, spinach and butternut squash. The Chef Attended Station will be serving Garlic Studded Prime Rib; Honey Glazed Ham; Herb Roasted Turkey with date stuffing and sage gravy; Vegetable Wellington made with puff pastry, mushroom duxelles, asparagus, peppers, spinach, pepper coulis; and Hand Rolled Sushi including California roll, spicy tuna roll, vegetable roll, shrimp nigiri, tuna nigiri and salmon nigiri.
